I really loved staying here. The location of the hotel is close to the station, thus making it easy to travel. The room is quite big and comfortable. Staff members are really kind.

This is a good place to stay overnight but not very comfortable. The bed was hard and the bathroom was tiny. But the hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was not great and it was very crowded. The food was sort of cafeteria style. This may be a design flaw of the hotel, being so large of a building with such a small breakfast area.

I couldn't believe my luck in booking this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Osaka.
This hotel has a really good location - it is right next to a train station (Bentencho) that services the JR Airport line (so you can catch the train from the airport to Bentencho). You can see the hotel from station exit number 4. It also services the subway Chuo line and is just a few quick stops from Hommachi on the Midosuji line - central to all the action in Osaka. The hotel itself is on a street with quite a few Japanese eateries, and also just around the corner from a convenience store.

建屋、設備いずれも新しくきれいで清潔でした。コロナの時期で空いていましたが、要所要所に消毒用アルコールが設置されており、意識の高さがうかがえました。部屋の間取りも広めでくつろげます。朝食も水準以上で、全てに渡り特に不満はありませんでした。

贅沢をいうならば朝食ビュッフェのおかず、飲み物のレパートリーがもう少しあったらよかったなと思いましたが、テレビの案内や清潔感、スタッフさんたちの丁寧な対応など、安いのにとてもよかったのでまた泊まりたいと思いました！お世話になりました！ありがとうございました！

京セラドームのコンサートに行く為、急遽ホテルを探しました。
1月3日に検索して、1月4日宿泊なので、どこのホテルもお正月料金で高額でしたが、こちらは大人二人で8,000円！ 朝食付き！
あまりに安くて写真で見る限りホテルもとても綺麗！
実際には写真とは違って本当はとても古いのではないか？
実は一人8,000円の間違いなのではないか？
と、ネットでの情報が間違っている可能性は覚悟をして予約しました笑
ところが、本当に二人で8,000円！
ホテルも本当に綺麗で清潔で写真の通りでした。
アメニティも揃っていて、何一つ困る事はありません。
朝食ビュッフェも、無料と思えば十分です。
他の方のレビュー通り、生野菜はありませんがこれ以上は望みません。
一つだけ難点は、隣の部屋の音や声は気になりませんでしたが、上からのドタンバタンという音が夜中の0時頃聞こえてきて、疲れていなかったら眠れなかったかも？と思いました。
なんの音だったんだろう。
弁天町駅から目の前の立地で移動もしやすく、夜も明るくて治安も良かったです。
今後またコンサートで京セラドームへ行く時は利用しようと思います。
京セラドームだけでなく、海遊館にもユニバーサルにも便利な場所のようなので、コスパの良いホテルを見付けられて本当に良かったと思います。
