Convenient location and easy access to the Hon-atsugi station on foot. I also used a share car which is parked in the parking lot of the hotel to move around the local area. It was also the reasons to stay at this hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Rembrandt, they are always so welcoming no matter the hour. Stayed here multiple times over the years and plan to keep staying in the future!

Be forewarned! When you cut the main light to the room off it kills electricity to the whole room. If you need electricity to run your CPAP or charge phones you should inquire at the front desk. My husband is an engineer and he couldn’t figure out how to keep the sockets on even. We woke to dead cellphones but thankfully early enough to not miss our reserved train seats!

Nice hidden jem nestled a few blocks from the Hon-Atsugi Station. Staff was very friendly and could speak good English. The rooms were the largest I've stayed in while in Japan. It reminds me of the hotels back home in America. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too!

Everything was excellent but the Wi-Fi that was not working inside the room.
After requesting the staff twice, nothing was done.
At the third time, after 2 days another gentleman authorized us to change to another room where the Wi-Fi was working fine.
It took them 2 days to solve my request, because the lady at the reception desk initially told us that all rooms were at the same way and when we changed to another room the Wi-Fi worked fine.

Initially the booking went wrong as the system showed that we asked for a smoking room. When we were at the room and realised the mistake, we requested for a change and the front staff willingly to make the chances which we were super pleased with. And the per day parking of 1200 yen helps to cut cost on parking as it allows from 1400hrs to 1100hrs next day.
The staff were friendly despite we have language barrier.
I am coming back to Atsugi next month and already planning to stay here again.
