チェックインとアウトが機械式で
はっきり言って、到着したらくたくたなのに、自分で操作しないといけないのはちょっと疲れました。
気になったのはその点だけでした。
又、利用したいと思いました。

Excellent little hotel, I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter as it was a 15-20 min drive to the gotemba outlet and reasonably priced. Rooms are small but it’s completely fine for 2-3 people. The only bad review I have about the room was the pillows, they were hard with some sort of beans or beads on the bottom, the front desk did try to help with that but unfortunately they didn’t have softer pillows. This hotel is brand new and it’s family/child friendly

自動チェックイン機が、名前の入力に戸惑い、せっかく目の前に2人もスタッフがいるので、その方々とやりとりする方が楽に感じました。

利便性が抜群です。駒形IC、コンビニが目の前、ドラッグストアも徒歩圏内。朝食も和洋揃えられていて、満足です。別料金ですが夜ご飯もホテル内でコスパが良く美味しい料理を食べられます。コンパクトで申し分のない宿泊ができました。
ただ、レストランのスタッフの人数をギリギリで回しているようで、外国の方への対応や団体利用があると、他の宿泊者への対応が薄くなります。レストランスタッフの方々はテキパキ動いていますし、対応がとても丁寧なので、むしろスタッフの方が気の毒に感じます。単に人手が足りないのかと。食券の英語表記を増やしたり、外国の方への対応はフロントスタッフがしたらいいのになと思いました。

初めて利用しました。お部屋はとてもキレイです。
期待した大浴場は備え付けのシャンプーやボディソープのせいか、臭いが気になりました。脱衣所の足拭きマットもビチョビチョで気持ち悪かったです。
朝食の内容はイマイチの印象。

朝食レストランのスタッフの表情や声かけ(料理をさげて良いかの確認)がとても気持ち良かった。
朝食カレーもあり和洋どちらも満足するものでした。フロントスタッフは朝忙しかったようで、周辺観光などの質問をしましたが お返事の口調が少し厳しい感じを受けました。施設は清潔感もあり大浴場もほどほどの広さで良かったです。
部屋着も着やすい上下で良かったです。
