Everything was great. The staff are super nice, food and onsen are great.

I'm so excited when alive there so nice place and good view good service at all.

There 's some trouble with check-in at the beginning but everything else was fine. I had a smooth stay.

As great as expected, the open bath is awesome. Lots of place to eat. The only minus point is the place too far away from nearest station.

The room was comfy. We can see Fuji san from our window. The blanket were so soft. The onsen was so relaxing especially the outdoor onsen. They has small play area for children in common space. The staff were helpful. There're a lot of parking spaces.

Well, everything Next time will stay here again.

Near with fuji Q highland and close with 7elenven, have to see mount fuji with clearly from our back hotel and have free to onsen in hotel, so happy to stay here with a good price.

From outside the room's window can be seen Mount Fuji, cold weather and many restaurants around it. Recommended.

Clean and spacious rooms. There is a view of Mount Fuji in the background. Wake up to open the window and you will see Mount Fuji. My family and I stayed on the 3rd floor (the hotel has 4 floors). There is ample parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is served as a Japanese breakfast. The reception staff informs upon check-in. (Japanese breakfast In addition to food like Japanese people The eggs are only boiled eggs without scramble eggs. The price is 700 yen per person. I want to eat the scramble egg so I have not booked. In front of the entrance to the hotel, across the street, there are KFC stores, convenience stores. And grilled restaurants in sets The restaurant is set in a set category. Before eating at the table, the shoes must be removed in a shoe cabinet with a lid. The atmosphere is Japanese. My family and I ate 1 meal at night. After returning from traveling outside, another meal was eaten at kfc. The menu is also varied. The son is fascinated with boneless chicken because the crispy and bigger pieces of Thai The convenience store is on the opposite side. (Same side as the restaurant and kfc) has almost everything (stay 2 nights, rent a car, drive from Matsumoto to Kawaguchiko, stay 2 nights and return the car to Narita Airport Is the checkout from Omachi Take the train to get to Matsumoto, then drive to Kawaguchiko first, then check in at night (Check-in time is three in the afternoon. Check-out time is ten o'clock in the morning. Car rental, convenient to drive. Highly recommended). The receptionist was hospitable. Recommend if there is no other place in mind

Around the inn there are many restaurants, ranging from Mc MCC, ramain, and others. Next door to the hotel is Daiso. If traveling 3-4 people cheaper by taxi to Kawaguchi Station. The three of us got a room with view mount fuji, very beautiful and clear. Very enjoyable stay at Resort Inn Fuyo.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped. Microwave in room Going to soak onsen. View of the room clearly see Fuji. Suitable for renting a car. Only ten minutes away from Fuji Point at the lake.

I’d apreciate to review this hotel, this hotel is amazing cleaning model and good view, we can see Mt.Fuji from out window the onsen spring is great also, the most thing that I impressive I for got my bag on the local bus in the evening and no bus staff stay at the station, We didn't know how to do and we ask the front office staff at the hotel then the staff name Tomorou contact the office bus station immediately but unfortunately the office was close, and then we go out for dinner and when we back to hotel the staff call me at the front he said he found my bag!! I am so proud of the staff and people in Japan how the lucky I was that I chose this hotel. Thank you so much. Best regards.

The room was very clean. Onsen basin is good. (To some people some time). But the journey may be difficult. I do not have public transport. May need to walk a little bit.

This hotel it very nice, onzen very good to try, from kawaguchiko station. Will be take the train to fujisan station and walk 10-15 min. And next day. You walk back to fujisan station take bus to oshino hakkai. Or back to kawaguchiko. That easy. Good staff and area. I will be back sure
