Staff welcoming, polite, helpful and efficient. Accommodated me for breakfast even after last order time without hesitation. Always easy when staying at Richmond Hotels. Late checkout and generous points when Richmond Club member. Points can be used to pay for stay or breakfast.

Super happy with the room. Clean and relatively spacious.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room size is a bit small for 3 people, but so far the location is comfortable, the breakfast is complete and the service is very good.

I booked a room for 2 people but there was only 1 sleeping coat, 1 pair of slippers, and 1 towel in the room. The normal room is okay, not very nice. I booked a room on the wrong date, but I was allowed to change the date and cancel for free... but somehow booking through traveloka cost me an additional 6000 yen for 4 people for the date change fee :(

The room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Lovely staff About 900 meters walk from Nagoya Station. There are many restaurants near by and many restaurants.

Staff were accommodating. Kits for kiddos and beauty kit for me were a plus!. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is near to a lot of restaurants and shops.
