hidden gem in Kinosaki. it’s a relatively new establishment from the other older traditional ryokans. i recommend staying for 2 nights to fully enjoy all the facilities they have to offer. breakfast in the hotel is enjoyable as it’s traditional japanese. the rooms are big though the common bath is a little small. there is no bath in the rooms though the general idea is to enjoy the baths in the town. great place for family.

平日の素泊まりだったためか、安い料金で泊まらせて頂きました。事前の知識なしで予約したのですが、部屋は広くて清潔感あふれ、ベッドも大きめで寛げました。チェックアウト日の午後まで利用できる外湯チケットまで付いて大満足です。
館内に電子レンジはなく、付近にはコンビニを含めお惣菜を売っているお店は少なかったです。

The property is a real gem. A bit dated but don't let that put you off. Great location, amazing traditional breakfast, great little public bath and super nice staff. Just remember to take your shoes off before entering.

Its rather plain facility. Clean and kind staff, but facility itself is a concrete building. If wanting an authentic japanese experience, not recommended. But otherwise nice friendly staff with good food

豪勢なカニ料理と工夫された朝食、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応は念願だった城崎温泉初訪問を彩ってくれました。城崎温泉サイコーでした。

お風呂に入る際、うちは子供用のタオルは無い、いるなら有料と言われました。今どきあまり聞いたことがない対応だったのでちょっと驚きました。
あと、朝のチェックアウト前にいきなり清掃員がドアを開けて入ってきました。

奥まったところにあり、部屋数も少ないので静かに過ごすことが出来ました
湯巡りパスポート付き、部屋にはタオルを入れる籠バッグがあるので外湯巡りが楽しめます

お出迎えからお見送りまで丁寧にしていただきました。
食事は個室で用意されており、ゆったり食事を楽しむことができました。夕食も朝食もどれもおいしくて、とても満足です。
部屋は清潔で広くてとても良かったです。

外湯巡りはとても良かったです ホテルについてはお部屋はきれいでしたが喫煙、禁煙の区別はないとのことで喫煙者の後には消臭するという対応だそうです 今回は煙草の匂いは気になりませんでした 朝ごはんはチェックインの際に15分きざみで提示された時間から選んだ時間にとることになっており、８時でお約束したのですが８時ちょうどに時間に遅れられるのは困りますと部屋に電話がかかってきました 約束したことは守るのがマナーだとは思いますが少しせわしなく感じました お部屋に案内してくださった女性はとても親切で感じが良かったです
城崎温泉街自体が全体に道幅が狭いですがホテルに入って行く道は更に狭いです
ホテルにパーキングは何台分かあるようですが一泊２日で500円の有料でした (ご参考までに)

ナカイさんは、バイトだろうがよく気が利き気持ちのいい子です。
フロントは、夜はスエット、朝はトレーニングウェア、旅館というより民宿。
