This is to date one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. The staff was incredible, room was gorgeous, and the food was excellent. If you ever need anything during your stay, ask the front desk and they will go out of their way to make it happen.

Staying at the Ritz will ruin all other hotels for you. It’s impossible to meet the same standard that the ritz provides. If I could always choose the ritz I would. Everyone there is incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. Made me feel very relaxed and at home during my stay

Thus hotel has 4 superb restaurant(Japanese, French, Chinese and Italian). Also, lobby lounge afternoon tea is great option for relax. It has small spa but clean and hot spring level water! Best and professional staff, especially at lobby lounge!

Simon the manager was so amazing and thoughtful took care of our family in every possible way. The staff was out of this world Every little detail they seemed to know what we needed and wanted before even thinking about it. We celebrated my son’s birthday and I cant think of a better place than the Ritz to stay. Every day I was more surprised than the previous about how thoughtful they were in making our stay as perfect as it could get. Mounir my French friend will be missed. Just how cozy it felt to be there and all the help in arrangements for our birthday celebration and advises on how to get around. I was sadly under the weather one day and they took care of me like family. This trip will certainly be memorable. Thank you Simon and the entire staff for such a beautiful time
