Close to the station, which was good.

Great location next to Iwatsuki Station, restaurants and grocery. Decent breakfast, great staff, breakfast lady excellent. Facilities are pretty good, clean and safe but the bed was a little harder than my preference. Overall very little to complain about and much to appreciate. I would definately return here.

Excellent location...50 m from Iwatsuki station on Tobu/Urbanpark line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place. Very clean and comfortable.

Cheap, conveniently located hotel w free breakfast. It's bare-bones, so if you're looking for comfort and/or luxury, this is not for you. If that doesn't matter to you, though, this is a good place to stay.

子供の中学受験宿泊で利用、小学生添い寝はとても助かった。
同じような親子がとても多かったので、行動パターンが似ており、エレベーターなど混み合う。でも、加湿器があったり、冷蔵もあったりと本当に助かった。おにぎりも美味しかった。7時には出なくては行けなかったため、かなりバタバタしてしまい、受験日に合わせて朝ごはんの時間が早いと助かると思いました。（1月受験に合わせて）

さいたまスーパーアリーナでのコンサートを鑑賞した後に利用しました。さいたまスーパーアリーナからは少し離れておりますが特に不便は無かったです。
スタッフの方もとても良い方で、気持ち良く対応して下さって良かったです。
朝食のおにぎり問題のコメントもありましたが、おにぎりの種類がこんなにも多いとは思わず悩んじゃう程充実してました。スープも味噌汁もあり朝食はなんの問題もありませんでした。
駐車場は近隣の駐車場に駐車しました。５００円位です。
また岩槻市に訪れた際は、利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
