The accommodation is under renovation so it's quite messy and dirty, the furniture is fully furnished but old, the wifi system is intermittent.

In general, the rooms in Vientiane are not very good, old and not clean. There are mosquitoes so close the bathroom door when you go to sleep.

Is a booking experience The worst hotel ever found. Book Triple Room. 3 single beds. Call to confirm and pay via Traveloka. After the check-in date. Saw the condition that the school was abandoned Both dust and musty smell (OMG! Then, different foreign countries can do it) but prepare 1 double room, 1 single room instead, which is still the remaining room (this is just closed. The room condition is not the same as the other cover.) We insist on requesting 3 rooms to stay together, requesting an extra bed. (No room yet How can an extra bed be available?) Requesting a refund (dreaming about you). Talk to the owner. Tell the hotel owner to sell the business and prepare a new Renovate. ) Then dismantled the room Do not sympathize with the guests at all, and from GSK. Book this room, recommend booking a pre-paid school later or pay on the day of arrival. Instant reservation, pay only for the lack of skein!

It's valuable if compare with the price. I choose the lowest price, already complete with aircon, towels, blanket, TV (but I think the cable was broken so can't turn on it),free drink water. you only need walking 2-3 min to get many cafe, restaurant, local food, atm, tuk2, massage, barber shop, etc. on the opposite side have minimarket and japan restaurant. maybe the room only average, but the location and price are excellent.
