Everything was great. Room are spacious and clean. Near to nu sentral and Kuala Lumpur sentral, don't need to drive to go anywhere. I love the food especially putu mayam. The restaurant's decoration is amazing. Hotel swimming pool need to book your slot first (we are not informed while check in. Just know when we arrive at the pool)

I like the room which is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. There are also adequate pillows and bolsters: d its location in kl sentral is close to Nu Sentral Mall and train station. So it is quite comfortable to go anywhere just by using rapid, and so on. For those who bring children, there are many facilities available for them to play.

We got a room with amazing views, clean and comfort. The staff are nice and helpful, very quick to accommodate any requests. Strategic location, the hotel has direct access to Nu Central Mall. Food is good. We will be back for sure!

Stay di hotel ini 4 malam di kamar 1703 dan 1704. Sebenarnya hotelnya biasa saja tidak ada yang istimewa. Front office dan pegawai lainnya kebanyakan cuek dan cenderung tidak ramah. Tapi yang sangat membuat kami terkesan adalah house keeping lantai 17, dia selalu menyapa kami dengan sangat ramah setiap berpapasan dengan kami, dia membersihkan kamar kami dengan sangat detail setiap hari. Sangat jujur karena ada uang ringgit kami yang jatuh di kolong meja dia letakkan di meja kembali. Selalu merefil compliment kamar kami seperti air mineral, kopi, teh, gula. Kalau ke Kuala Lumpur lagi akan kami pastikan menginapnya di hotel ini lagi dan request kamar di lantai 17.

Hotel yang bersih, nyaman View bagus dan yang paling penting lokasi strategis di samping Mall dan apabila naik kl ekspress dari Bandara KLIA turun kl central, maka tinggal jalan kaki aja dari kl central. 👍.

The room looked clean and spacious as pictures shown on the internet, easy access to shopping mall (nu sentral) and Kuala Lumpur sentral transit hub. Hassle-free and definitely recommended for those rely on using public transport to travel.
