The hotel really good. the location is in front of two famous mall, the room is so nice and the breakfast also have many varieties of food and delicious. i love the nasi lemak.

The stay has been great and all the hotel amenities are excellent with comfy bed/pillows, clean bathroom etc. Food served for breakfast was simply fabulous and tasteful with a lot of variety. Even "Nescafe tarik" was served. On top of that, Komtar JBCC was located across the street and allows to do some shopping.

Our swimming pool will remain open although there may be times when the noise from construction is unavoidable while the Dip Bar will be closed throughout the enhancement process. Our FIT Centre gym will be available as normal. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Secured covered on-site self-parking is available to all registered hotel guests at RM10 per car, per night. Guests are required validate the parking ticket at the lobby before exiting..

Overall satisfied staying at Amari Hotel Johor Bahru. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a lot of menus and is delicious. Strategic location in front of the hotel there is a place to eat. If I go to JB, I will definitely stay here again.

It is an alright stay. Only stayed for 1 night. The bedsheet has a little stain on it which we didn't care much of it. We stayed at level 8 which was the same level as the pool and the gym. Therefore it was convenient for us. The service was fast to check in and out. The staffs there were polite. You can chill at TWG near the reception area.

A very nice hotel. Very therapeutic hotel with great smell. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was first class with life band (2 piece band). The staf was respectful and efficient as well as friendly. Overall, it 's an awesome experience.

The booking over the app here was very misleading. As it is shown as Twin Deluxe and was mentioned in their description as only 1 bed, so technically we thought is a 1 large bed and we booked and we even wrote in the comment upon booking to verify this. But nobody gets back and only upon checking in it then say is a twin bed. They are unable to change for us besides joining the 2 single beds together only. Overall the staycation is still not so bad, but not for the food (breakfast buffet).

The hotel staff are great, especially those in restaurant. They were polite, responsive & courteous. I would like to highlight especially two of them Mr. Helem & Mr. Shah. The personnels at the reception, bell boys & security stall are very helpful. Your hotel excellent service make our stay a memorable one.

Second time here and as usual was a great stay! Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. The team at amari was always with welcoming smiles. Everything is great. I got stuck in the shower room because the lock malfunction but housekeeping team, firdaus helped me out and rescue me haha. Would be good to have an emergency phone in the toilet so that In future if anyone got stuck inside they can call directly to the hotel. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Even though I was stuck in the toilet but the toilet is very clean hahahha.

I had the most pleasant stay. Rooms were not ready during check in time due to the school holiday demand. But as usual the team at Amari was fantastic. Very clean hotel. I must give extra credits to the housekeeping team for their cleanliness. Definitely one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed in jb. THank you team @ Amari.

The hotel has good location, good service and super friendly staff. I've been to amari a lot since before covid and this is the first time after covid. I find that the rooms are not up to standard as last time. The quilts smelled different. Only noticed it late at night cause I went out the whole day. By that time I was lazy to request for new quilts. Amari is my favourite hotel there as the staff and location are great. Hope the hotel would do something about it. Especially the moulds in the toilet. I would rate the rooms as only 3 stars. I'm sorry amari.
