very clean, strategic place, less than 3 minutes walk to queen sbaymall and there is a mamak shop under the hotel, so you don't have to worry about being hungry

3 minutes to Queensbay mall, close to the beach. There's also a night market here, so it's easy to get lost looking for snacks and if you want to go anywhere, just take the bus

Sangat nyaman menginap di hotel ini. Resepsionis memudahkan segalanya, mulai awal early check in, hingga ganti kamar di lantai bawah. Ke mall Queensbay hanya 5 menit dengan berjalan kaki. Ukuran kamar luas dan kebersihan sangat terjaga.

Basic and fuse free hotel just beside Queensbay Shopping mall. Linens, towels and floor are clean. Only downside is the need to climb up the stairs to reach to the rooms and occasionally drainage smell emitting from the bathroom drains.

The front desk staff can't be trusted! I got reservation on 6 October. I accidentally left my phone on front desk while check in because I got to drag my luggages to 3rd floor on stairs without any help from staff. When I come back to find my phone, he denied saw any phone left. After I pushed him to show the CCTV, suddenly he 'found' my phone inside his desk with condition my phone turned off (my phone was in good condition and good battery level when arrive) and got factory reset, all of my data and contacts wiped clean. I immediately left the hotel to look for another one. This one is cross the line! I have emailed this case to apple1 but got no response at the moment.

Kamar untuk 3 orang. Lokasi pas di seberang Queensbay Mall, sangat strategis. Untuk kamar hotel cukup bersih dan nyaman meskipun tidak ada lift. Disediakan handuk, sabun shampoo, dan air kemasan. Sprei dan handuk baunya wangi, lembut. Tersedia dispenser untuk pengisian air minum. Minusnya: AC langsung hadap ke tempat tidur. Lorong-lorong menuju kamar agak kecil (sesuai budget karena ruko dijadikan hotel). Pintu kamar mandi tidak. Bisa dikunci, tapi cukup bersih. Sudah mennginap 2x, alasan tinggal nyebrang sudah sampai di mall.
