Accommodation Policy & General Information in Casa Del Rio Melaka Hotel
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 5.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

Swimming Pool, Dear valued guests, Thank you for choosing Casa del Rio Melaka as your preferred hotel. As part of our continuous efforts to provide quality accommodations, the Rooftop Infinity Pool will be closed from 24 March to 7 April for maintenance works. Hotel guests and residents are welcome to visit the swimming pool at Residences block next door, open from 8am to 7pm daily. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience that may cause. Warm Regards, Casa del Rio Melaka Team closed temporarily from 24-3-2024 to 7-4-2024.
