Great location, big rooms; Nice breakfast and great service.

I find the staff very helpful. I have asthma and eczema, where I will get sensitive rashes all over my body, especially my face and eyes. I don't have carpet at home. So when I came in immediately, I asked the room to be vacuumed. Alhamdulillah, they vacuumed and cleaned the place and even changed the bedsheet for me. Thank you so much, the room service team. The hotel is good. I used to be a Hatten membership before COVID because I have relatives in Melaka. The last time I came to Hatten was in January 2020 before the lockdown. I will come back again. I like the sahur and breakfast also. Thank you.

Great hotel if you want to have a visit to Mahkota Medical Center. It's very convenient and up to standard.

Me and my sister stayed there during high season. Very good location. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Pretty good breakfast, but if you stay there on high season, make sure you go to breakfast early lol. The lobby is so comfy. We were able to sitin the comfy couch for about 7 hours waiting for our bus to Singapore lol. Definitely will recommend this hotel for budget trip.

Missed the first night due to a delayed flight. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. Forgot to take a picture.

I stayed 1 night. Very noisy. For cleanliness, I can rate 3. The door was very tough to close. The other facilities were OK.
