Accommodation Policy & General Information in EcoSuites @ One Bukit Ceylon (Ramada KLCC)
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

**TERMS and CONDITION**
1.Cleaning fees of RM 45 per stay is not included in your rates. Guests are expected to contact us prior to arrival to make the necessary payment before we release the keys to check-in.

3.Any car park will incurred additional car park fees payable to the car park management.
4.The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM25 per night per person will be charged.
5.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house/apartment.
6.Do not leave your rubbish bags in the foyer and the corridor. Please throw it in the refuse room.
