I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur city Centre and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Here are some highlights of my stay: 1. Good Breakfast: The breakfast was a great start to each day. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Fresh fruits, a range of pastries, hot dishes as well as the cold-press juices, the best! The friendly staff and the pleasant dining atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. 2. Amazing Swimming Pools: The swimming pools were truly amazing. The pools were well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you're looking to do some water sliding (slides), splash around with the kids (kids pool park), or simply relax in the water (relaxing floats), these pools cater to all needs. Kids enjoyed the most! The poolside environment was clean and inviting, with plenty of loungers and shade available. 3. Relaxing Cabana: One of the highlights of my stay was the relaxing cabana. The cabana provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. It was well-furnished, comfortable, and offered a bit of luxury with its private feel. Spending an afternoon here with a good book and a cool drink was the ultimate relaxation experience. 4. Delightful Pool Menu: The pool menu was delightful. It offered a great selection of snacks, light meals, and refreshing beverages. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it easy to spend the whole day by the pool without needing to leave for meals. The staff was attentive and ensured that all orders were promptly delivered, adding to the overall positive experience. It 's a new hotel, great experience stay here. The location is near Petronas Twin Tower, Saloma, and Bukit Nanas Station so it 's easier to travel around.

If you are looking for short trip to Kuala Lumpur with your family, this place is amazing. The pool is amazing however, some of the facilities are under renovation so you might find these facilities temporarily room. This is by far, one of the best kids friendly hotel. The breakfast is complete and thoughtful, the staff amazing friendly. It is walking distance to Twin Tower and nasi kandar pelita.

Staff so friendly, kids enjoy so much the waterpark. Nice place to bring kids. We are really enjoy!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Four Points hotel for a birthday staycation. The room with a KLCC view was lovely, and the swimming pool with a mini waterpark was a hit with the kids. There ' s also a fun playground. However, breakfast wasn't included. Nonetheless, the room was cosy and spacious, making it a great retreat after exploring the city.
