I had to pay an additional RM200. The mnmgt said becoz of school holiday. Supposedly this price already included when i booked with Traveloka. There are an abandoned buildings and the environment is poorly maintained, unkempt, gloomy and scary.

This hotel is very bad on service provided, Our room ceiling fan was not functioning, air conditioning very worst condition, try to change room the lobby assistance try hard to fix the ceiling fan & air conditioning … bad experience in this hotel, check in 12:00 noon 31 May. And we decide to check out 07:00PM on 31 May. Will lounge report to KPDNKK on this matter.

The staff is ok, it's just a 2-room appartment with C1, it's creepy & far from the theme park, there is no free ticket to go to the theme park, but there is a rm50 surcharge.. the bathroom is not clean & there are no toiletries.. who wants to stay better, take a studio room

The hotel is not well maintained, dirty and looks old. The breakfast also is not enough. They did not topup the food. Not much variety of food. I had to pay for 15rm for extra breakfast for kids but end up no food at the dining hall. Very unsatisfying. The theme park is the best part that I can say. Overall is just satisfying only need to improved on the hotel condition and the food.

scary place. the air conditioning was the worst part!! on for an hour than automatically off. and we literally have to reset the aircond inside of it ourselves. bear in mind reset it not without the remote. the tv have only 2 channels. the hotel were dirty. under the bed was worse. too many dust. too many hairs under the tv cabinet. the bed? better to sleep on the floor. not recommended at all. owh, the waterpark? not working. literally worst place ever.

Almost everything is a disaster. Poor management and maintenance.Toilet and room really smelly. Jacuzzi in the toilet cannot be used and smelly. The water park closed plus the beach cannot swim.For 3 days 2 night just stay at room. The horrible vacation.Bad experience.

The hotel staff were actually helpful but the air condition is not properly functioned, the jacuzzi seems broken and spilled dirt in the water. And the restaurant is closed, need to find food far outside.

It was an old hotel with poor room maintenance. We booked an apartment from app, we get 3 studio room instead. One of the rooms was leaking and smelly. another room got aircond problem. Despite the terrible rooms, the theme park was well maintained and clean too.

The AC is damaged. I'm just a fan, so it's not too cold. Then time to checkout, i didn't come out of the room and someone knocked on the door cuz im waiting my husband in front of the toilet n then went out to checkout cpt2 because they had to come in room .. So rude n they didnt say sorry at me.

The room not maintain proprely. Aircond not cold. Water heater not function, no hot water. Jacuzzi doesn't function as well. Bathroom is dirty with fungus and have unpleasant smell. Breakfast horrible. Gold Coast Morib is not how I visited 6 years ago. It does not well maintain now.

first the whole place is dirty and second not well mamage they us room key there already have someone and then they change the room and key but when we going out for breakfast and come back to the room we cant access the key just totally bad experience.

I reached the hotel around 5pm but my room wasn’t ready yet so I have to wait around 20 minutes for the room . The jacuzzi and sliding door isn’t working. There's problem with the power supply, it keeps turning off on its own
