Love the bed! Very comfortable! And the location eventho not on the city centre (5 minutes away) but you can always use uber/grab. easy access. Lots of food stalls & restaurant around the area. Opposite to tesco. Overall I’m very satisfied!

Good, all the facilities are there to use such as gym, spa, sauna, and pools. Clean, spacious and accommodated with complete toiletries. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they were to stay in Alor Setar. The hotel serves good food too, delicious and varies. There are even hawkers in walking distance if you're searching for other food, and it is walking-distance to Tesco Mergong.

I have complained twice about the wifi, but still no improvement. The hotel informed me that the maintenance team would come to the room to fix it, but no one came until I checked out.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean hotel with good breakfast choices. Love the gym and the swimming pool. I got a spacious room at a good price. Value for money.
My only comment was the food was not topped up fast but understandably it was during peak days (weekend during school break). But the food are delicious anyways.

Nice stay. Clean comfortable room although the room lighting was not to my liking. Too dim for comfort at night, except if one just wants to sleep right away as soon as night falls. The afternoon tea at the cafe was very nice. Compliments to the chef and team. Breakfast was OK, except that the cafe was swarmed by group guests, which made other guests felt uncomfortable and the Breakfast spread weren't replenished quick enough. I had to ask the staff if there was any fruit left before it got replenished. Even the chilled bottled juice were almost empty by the time I arrived at 7.40 am. Other than those, I would rate the hotel well above average.

Location and buffet breakfast is good. However, room conditions is really disappointing. Water heater under maintenance (no hot water for showering), room is very dark with minimal light, room wallpaper is chipped, TV&light not functioning well.

Easy check-in process. I was given a room without chain lock & towel hook and the carpet was very dusty, then asked for a room change. The 2nd room is much better. Bathroom is slightly moldy at the corners, otherwise everything was good. Breakfast taste good.

No hot water for my stay. Was told buckets of hot water would be available on request. Made a request for hot water the morning of my first day, and called several times-water arrived after 1.5 hours.

The hotel has problems with water heater malfunctions and limited room lighting. There is no iron in the room and the choice of TV broadcasts is very limited and has to be paid. Other facilities in the surrounding area are very good.
