Helpful and polite staff. Room condition is top notch. Walking distance to todak waterfront. 24h convenience store is right in front of the hotel. Pharmacy is close too. Amazing from especially from the Asian restaurant. Pls try their Dimsum! Reasonable price for the food. This is my 3rd visit and I will definitely stay here if I visit KK again.

The room is ok .. It's ok if I explain that I want to get out of the carpark .. My friend's ticket first had to be stamped at the lobby time desk to check then get on the carpak .. If I don't get in the car park .. It looks like I want to park the ticket change the ticket again .. It's very difficult because I want to go to one of the counters .. Receptionist x infrm .. the notice is also small if it's close, cross out ..

The location is great, if you stay on Sunday then Gaya street just few steps from hotel. Our room is facing the sea, super beautiful scene! The only weak point is we can hear sound from adjacent room which a bit annoying. Other than that, this is one of the best hotel in KK.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice location. Good food around. Convenient and accessible. Good and decent breakfast. If anyone planning to visit kota kinabalu, you may consider staying here. Usually the temperature of the shower head/water will not be hot most of the time or change very quickly, but surprisingly the temperature (warm/hot) was consistent at all time. Bathtub inside the room was nice. Staffs were very kind and friendly.

the staff is friendly and help us a lot. the location is good where situated at the city and can easily reach lot of places, got the parking provided, the room is spacious too but got one thing not really satisfying is that we found that all the rooms that we stay also have ants. the room I taken got the biscuits left and thus saw a lot of ants. although already requested to change to another room, there are still got ants regardless the appearance of the biscuits pieces.

This hotel is awesome. I had a pleasant stay. Food etc all nice but I just can’t get it how can I hear noises from next room. Maybe they talk too loud ✌️

Comfortable bedrooms are just a little dusty. Breakfast food was not satisfactory in taste (not as expected). Parking facilities are also not friendly although verified parking at the customer's reception counter also has to change the parking coupon to the card at the parking counter, so customers are having a hard time. In addition, the hotel access card is also 'non-active' right before real time check out (in my case at 11.40 the card has been deactivated), this is extremely frustrating for customers who have to go to the counter to activate the card.
