It 's a convenient place to stay upon late arrival into Semporna since we landed in the late afternoon at Tawau airport. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to rest. The beds were comfortable and offered a good sleep. In the morning, we had an interesting encounter with a large monitor lizard just outside the room, in the garden. The room is rather on the small side though, good enough for one or two nights stay. They had installed a new hair dryer which was working really well. The staff were friendly and helped us to book our snorkeling package. Thank you Mia at the front desk. Eateries are nearby where we could easily grab breakfast and meals. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Speedy check in and check out. Cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is also good, very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the wifi connection doesn't work at my room (128) and the hotel also doesn't provide a restaurant so we have to go out to find food.
