Booked 3 months ahead but couldn't find my booking upon check in! Disappointed. Breakfast queue was horrible and too crowded. Room is bad as no soundproof which we could hear people walking and talking next door and corridor! Total disappointment!

Wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey. Shopping Mall just right downstair full of restaurants shopping outlets Hair Saloons and what you need all there. City Centre can move easily to ksl city Square and Mount Austin easily by Grab within 15 min non peak hours Happy with my stay

We hate (me and other guest) the bumper which are too many and too often, my friend which was pregnant suffer tummy ache from the frequent road bumper around the hotel. Please consider looking at elderly and expectant mother.
