It was a great stay

Ability to speak English by the receptionist made things easier for me . So great one

In its day this would have been a really lovely hotel but it is very dated now and in need of a real upgrade in the rooms. We only needed a bed for the night as it was a quick overnight stay for sight seeing so for us it was fine for 38£ a couple with breakfast so you couldnt go wrong. Staff were very good.

Smelly

The included breakfast was great. Tea, coffee, hard eggs, olives, traditional pastries, yogurt. The A/C worked great and the property was very quiet at night. However the WIFI only works in the lobby.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. A bar next door had some rowdy people.A big difference in what I am used to in the US hotel. I thought the elevator was tiny , space for 3 people . But so far all the hotels we stayed at was the same.

Good

Convenient location close to city center, with parking along the streets in the area but not right by the hotel since it's on a main road. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone with pastries, eggs, bread, cheese, olives, coffee/tea, etc.

Very unprofessional staff. There are much better hotels in Casablanca that would value you as a guest. Very poor service.

Thanks to all staff and the management for making our visit to Casablanca and Rabat enjoyable. The breakfast was great and all food were tasty :)

Is not bad but can be better Anyway I tell them what they need

The room was so dirty and the sheets were dirty and the water broke in the bathroom and no water to take shower water was broke

This was a Nasty hotel and in a worse location. I had to return before dark to even feel safe. Travelocity should be ashamed to be connected to such a horrible place.

The price was cheap and included breakfast. What more can you ask for, right? Being that it’s in an older building, a lot of things were lacking. There was just one power outlet, the room smelled musty and damp, cabinets had items from the previous occupants/or trash. The worst part was that housekeeping just barged in as I was getting ready to leave. I heard a key in the door 15min prior, so I made some loud noises so they know there’s still someone inside. But I guess they couldn’t wait to get in and clean the room. And yet I still had 2 hours before I was required to check out.

One of the worst experience.. hotel is a trash with bar downstairs that contains all the dirty drinkers of Casablanca

great location 10 minutes walk to the big market and to the tram

It's close to everything,to the coach and the train stations and also it's close to the city central market

I was just looking for a cheap place to stay and it was clean and convient

it was simple, no running hot water, but had a working fridge and close to everything.
