Crowne Plaza AMSTERDAM - SOUTH, an IHG Hotel

Just nice comfortable place

The staff was very rude when he dealt with a guest. I have asked early checkin since I arrived there in the morning after overnight flight. I had an intention to pay for it. However, he asked me to provide complimentary early checkin subject signing in IHG Membership. and, I did it and he told me it will take 15~20 mins. However, it took longer time and finally it reached 1 hour. I approached to him to ask about how long does it take longer since I had another schedule for my business. However, he stopped my conversation and he kept emphasizing he will explain first with very opperesive mood. I started the morning very bad experience.

Friendly staffs and a nice room.

The hotel is good. Room is spacious. Reception staff is good. Only issue was cleaning staff didn't turn up for 1 day, however this problem was solved after contacting reception.

Great hotel close to the metro station. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean, large rooms and comfortable bed.
