This is a very nice hotel that is just outside Eindhoven, conveniently located right off the motorway. It is a bit isolated, being not within the city, so it is not possible to walk to tourist areas in Eindhoven from the hotel. They do offer a range of health facilities and have bikes available for guests (not sure if they are rented or free). The restaurant has excellent casual dining and the breakfasts are very good.

Really nice stay. Front staff very friendly. Hotel is set in a nice, forested area. Out of the way. Quiet. Great parking. Room was great! Large with a big shower. Godd breakfast.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant, gym, bar, shower, adjustable aircon/heating. Beds could have been better. Not much provided for toiletries - which can be a problem of travelling through an airport like Stansted and arriving with very little.

It was a nice stay, except he rooms we had were very hot and air on not working, so had a fan in room and left door open all night Staff and service was good I will stay again on a colder day!

Could not fault the service we received from staff. Room comfortable, and clean, but not all lights worked, bathroom sink marked and bath yellowing with age. Restaurant was very good too. My husband has owned an international travel company for over 40 years, arranging transport, papers& hotels around the world. Your hotel is definitely on the ‘good’ list to recommend for clients.

The staff are friendly and caring

The overall stay was fine. The only criticism is that the refrigerators in each of the rooms we stayed in didn't work. And it was a pity about the sauna but oh well. Staff were great.

Didn’t stay very long but all was fine. Only suggestion is to remove the cupboard next to door of the room, to avoid bumping once’s head in the dark. Bad design!

tge sleeping room was dirty, i made a picture i wrote a word, you could read it, so dirty ....

It would have been perfect if we would have been given a double bed. Two single beds are not that comfy For a couple.

Very remote and I was given incorrect information regarding the buses. I actually checked out after the first night to get stay somewhere nearer my final destination and lost my money.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff

The hotel bedrooms are looking a little tired and in need of decorating. The pillows smelt of sweaty heads so they need changing.

The staff at the counter never greeted when you came in and went out. We made it a point to stand still and greet and then some of them greeted! I asked for extra clothes hangers and handed in one that was broken in the closet. Giving it at the counter to the lady in charge, she looked at it and said oh, and looked at me and the hanger. Really I did not fly to the netherlands to get accused to have broken a hanger. She said I will have a look if I have extra. She walked away came back and said I do. We were on our way out which she could see from the way we were coming and having jacket buttoned up and shawl on, she said, if you wait I will get them for you. So I plainly said, no thank you we are going out you can leave them at the room. 1 day later still no hanger so my husband went to pick them up. The only friendly staff member was the lady at the bar and the gentleman with dark hair at the counter. The rest of them really should learn some more for a hotel this price about service. The white roller curtain in the bedroom had a squashed bug-splash, so did the white showercurtains. I caught 3 bugs, the silicon under the bath tub was green (mildew) which is in plain sight because the bathroom has a beautiful glass wall. The room was next to the swimming pool. so unfortunately chorine greeted us and the starting and stopping of the pump of the pool was so noisy you could hear it in the bedroom. One bulb was not functioning, one was on and off, the sauna was out of order .

A great hotel. My late arrival wasn't an issue and although the kitchen was closed, the night staff managed to rustle up a couple of ham and cheese toasties; a very welcome sight to a weary business traveller. A nice bar and restaurant and the room I had was comfortable, clean with a well-stocked mini-bar. The bath taps need a PHD in mechanical engineering but looked great :-) Overall an excellent stay and I will be staying again on my next trip to the area. Great service.
