Warm & friendly staff welcomed us, excellent service in the restaurant & at breakfast. Diner was really delicious & the staff catered for dietary requirements, again at breakfast our needs were met. The exterior of the hotel is boldly decorated, it stands out from the crowd. The room was fabulous, decorated by local artists in the Toyism style, which was extraordinary, it was also comfortable. It is a fun hotel to stay at, we will visit again.

Arrived at 9pm Following a 10 hour drive from Munich and still was offered a meal. Food incredible. Owner and staff very welcoming into an eccentric hive of art and culture. Incredibly convenient for Emmen Zoo when it opens in March 2016. Great hotel
