Staff is very nice. We can do early check in and put our luggage in the storage after check out while we're waiting for our flight and quickly mingling in the city.

Awesome place to stay! Comfy bed, clean room, nice view and friendly staff. Not far from the airport and the centre too.

Got corner room with nice view. Great location only few minutes walk to the city centre, very nice modern room. Breakfast really good.

This hotel is good for family vacation (their double bed room would fit for up to 4 persons). The receptionists were helpful (they helped us to heat our food using their microwave - which is great). Though it looks like an old hotel, but they managed to keep it clean.

Lovely and comfortable. Just a bit noisy at night because the music from some bars around.

Overall good because it's easy to go to city or airport. it's just 5-8 min walk to queens town mall. Rooms are facing the lake so we have a good view every morning when we wake up. it's such a great moment which we never get that in our country. amazing.
