The property was very close to the Squash Courts and hospital. I worked at the hospital and played squash - perfect for me

Seems like a new property. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Parking is an extra fee, but the parking is secure and out of the weather, under the building.

All of the staff were very helpful and my room was well appointed and serviced every day. Particularly liked the use of a secure basement carpark too for a very small cost.
Location was great too being close to Milford, Takapuna and the motorway.
I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay. Me and my partner arrived after reception closed during the holidays but retrieving our room keys were easy as you just call from the entrance and they’ll open a box to let you get your keys.

I could not stay in the room I had booked. I did not realise that the Quest Takapuna does not have opening windows nor is this pointed out on their website nor is it in the booking features nor is there anything in the room to advise that they have vented air in the room. I called the after hours manager only to get no response. I spent the night at other accommodation which was diffcult to find at that time of night. Since the room was not used, other than to walk in and then out I asked for a refund to be told that they could not do this. Suffice to say I will not be booking there again. A really disappointing experience.
