Sadly I did not like the majority of the service provided due to the lack of the staff been unpleasant to talk to and always ask for the payment first before making the order also the hotel lack cleanliness and the shower is very low pressure. Would have loved to give better feedback considering the fact myself been in the industry for more than 17 years, hoping to see improvement in the future in your property.

Very nice place- modern. Room felt small as the bed was in the middle on the King option. The staff was nice to provide a packnplay for our toddler. The bar on the 10th floor is great with nice views of sunset. The receptionist wasn't too friendly as she made me sit there a bit after saying hello to even acknowledge me. Their valet parking is a rexpensive at $55/ night. You can drop off your stuff at the entrance and park across the street. There is a large public parking area next to restaurants that was $14nz for 24hrs on the weekend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, modern style and cleanliness of the Sudima. The hotel is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city and has a great bar lobby and restaurant downstairs too.

Great staff, good location. Close to Sky tower and the facilities at the Sky tower. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Not far from Inter city bus that runs to the airport. No gym but they have an agreement with Anytime Fitness that is 5 minutes walking distance. Sunset bar on the 10th floor has beautiful views of the city. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved my room, amazing view, comfy bed, top quality overall. Genuinely will continue to choose this hotel for future trips! The staff were a bit awkward, none of them treated me wrong however I was rarely ever greeted warmly or welcoming by staff, instead with really intimidating stares and awkward interactions which made me want to avoid any staff members as much as possible. Aside from that I enjoyed this hotel very much, it is in a nice peaceful part of the city as well but not too far away from anything.

I stayed in a room on Nelson street right across the road from the construction with the construction noise commencing at 7am on the Friday and Saturday mornings. If you like a sleep in then make sure you ask for a room that isn't on the Nelson street side.

Great location and good place to rest after a long day touring the city and vicinity. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
The only thing may need to improve is to change few items for the breakfast. Same things are almost each day.

I stayed here to be downtown and somewhat close to the wharf. There was construction around so it was a bit noisy and one of the lifts was acting up. However the dinner and breakfast was great and the dining area was a great spot to breakfast and watch the world go by.
A bit of a hike to the wharf but I did it without too much bother!
