Great experience. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. There wasn’t any noise whatsoever so we had an amazing rest. The ladies in the reception were remarkably nice and welcoming.

The views are to die for! Harbour view 180 degrees! Room was very large and private. Loved it all around and was perfect for what I was looking for! Not fancy though but that was completely fine

Very centrally located and well staffed. The hotel check in and out was very efficient and we were able to walk to local restaurants and the centre of NZ.

Comfy bed, great little shared patio out to the river. Very convenient to bus travel into town. It was a bit loud/not soundproof. I had to shut the bathroom door and wear earplugs at night (thankfully I keep them with me) because I could hear the next room over through the bathroom vent and hear out to the hallway. Staff was friendly and helpful — breakfast was tasty.

Very tired hotel. Bed was comfortable but the noise from surrounding rooms and hall were very noisy.

Room was cramped and facing the car park - cars were right in front of our “patio” and it was noisy early in the morning. Perhaps we got this room because we booked on Expedia - better to book direct and specify a better room for a few dollars more.
