Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally odd is that there are no bathrobes or slippers offered. The service people are kind but very very young and inexperienced - usually just standing still. The "better spa" costs extra - the public pool is full of kids. Oh the kids - this place is filled with kids running and screaming - filled I tell you!
It has literally everything you need, even if in poor quality, so it is good for families. Not for couples.
The slopes are good though! It's easy to get around although the lifts can get crowded.

We stayed in this hotel during the UK February half term but it didn't feel too busy.
The executive suite was spacious and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to make few meals during the week but also had the buffet dinner in the hotel few times. The pizza place was nice too.
Great position next to the ski slopes but we usually headed to the other side of the resort.
Hotel pool with a sauna and a hot tub were not too busy.
The breakfast times were sometimes quite busy with lots of tables not being cleared quick enough but that would be my only gripe. Lovely selection of food at the breakfast buffet.
Would stay again.

The Family had a Excellent time it was our first time skiing the resort and something available for all levels, facilities are very good, staff friendly highly recommend for a holiday, I would recommend to ask for a early check in when arriving
We had a issue with ski rental it took almost 2 hours to resolve meaning we only had 1 hour skiing on our first day as the slopes closed at 3.30pm so check opening times before you arrive.
Recommend booking the spa early as it gets very busy at peak holiday times

Booked double room told “we only have singles we’re full” Eventually found me a bed,and discovered they were far from full.Ate in the restaurant served a cold burger and fries,which they exchanged immediately,but not what you expect.Won’t be going back.

Despite the Covid situation the services offered were great! Well done, we will come back. Very service minded, we felt safe at all time.
If something can be improved it are some minor details in the room: Curtains in the room were broken and the exit door to the terras didn't close well. A check before letting the room wold have been great.

Enjoyful weekend in beautiful surroundings. Most of the service was fine but the suite fell low on expectations as the window blinds were broken and the bright light from the balcony kept me awake almost whole 1st night. I addressed the problem with the reception but the blinds could not have been replaced during the weekens. The bathtube had a broken switch so a sharp item was needed to empty the water. Apart of it i liked the property and will gladly return but the price paid for the suite did not correspond to the quality of the room.

Beautiful place. Very little serviceminded staff, though friendly, except for one outstanding individual who solved problems rather ten informant me about them.

The restaurant was pleasent , the buffet was good, but the dessert table was a dissapointment. No puddings, no sause of any kind, and the cakes were dry and fabrictasty. 😪 We would expect better!

We had a very nice relaxing stay. Good interior design and great spa. The resturant was only running one meal on the menu due off season and weekdays. This I would have liked to know beforehand, as we would have eaten in the flat.

Very nice property and the staff was excellent. Only issue is the lack of AC in the rooms. It was unseasonably hot while we were there and either AC or screens on the windows would have been useful.

The expectations were quite high when arriving at this Ski & Spa resort. However, do not expect this to be something above average. The parking was an endless walk from the reception (although in-door), the check-in was ok, the room, which was a long walk from the main area, was tiny and lacked all amenities (like coffee maker, water boiler, mini bar etc) and the corridors were dirty with trash and empty bottles lying around. The wi-fi was not strong enough to be of any use. We had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. The food itself was mediocre (at best), however, I must praise our waiter Angela. She managed to make this a very nice evening despite the food. For the price we paid, I would have expected this place to be close high end, which is was absolutely not!
