Stavanger Lille Hotel

It was a bit confusing to check in! Diffenet signs lead to different doors and all are closed. I did not get the instructions, so it was a bit complicated to figure out, how to get the room. A bit boring place...looks like the hotel is in sale anyway. Did not like the attittude of the dude I was talking on phone. Not at all! The area is a bit boring...but parking was free at least!

Hotel near the train station and town center supermarket around the corner, is helpful in very expensive country. Good breakfast. I would stay again

We arrived late and left the next morning. They offered a nice Norwegian breakfast. It's better to get there early, because by the time we got there, the cheese was drying out.

The property is a little dated. That said, it is good value for money given the location.

All went smoothly as advertised. I thought that is ended up being very good value for the price.

Honestly, this is probably the worst hotel/B&B experience I've ever had. The place utilizes self check in, which is a convenient thing for guests arriving late in the evening like we did. However, the code we were given to access our room key was incorrect. So, I had to call one of the staff members at 11pm in order to get the correct code so we could get into our room. Immediately upon entering, we realized there was no attached bathroom, something that was not explicitly stated when we booked the room. Okay, that one's on me for not doing my due diligence. Although, upon returning from the bathroom, my fiance and I found SEVERAL, that's right not one, or two, but several insects crawling around our room. That, my friends, was the last straw. Not only did the staff not provide us with the correct code to get into our room, but the place was disgusting and crawling with insects. A word to the wise: even though it might appear to be a good deal, DO NOT stay here. I even asked for some type of partial refund or any type of reparation, and they've been ignoring me. You have been warned.

Comfortable stay in a clean room. Automatic check in was easy, free parking at hotel, which is an easy walk to the quayside.

Location of the hotel was great, but it was a bit dated. Staff were very friendly though!

Great little hotel...cosy, peaceful, but only a 5-10 minutes stroll to the centre. All mods and con in place. Cosy bed, spacious shower with lovely hot water, mixer tap in the bathroom. Huge leather sofa in the room,, almost like a bedsit/hybel. My room was clean, with a fan, and a heater for comfort either way. Tea/coffee, hot/cold water nearby. Breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of choices, and also the possibility of ordering a meal in the small restaurant/cafe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay there again!

Was good experience the bed were well taken care of and neat and tidy. However on the roof floor toilet, the shower head was broken and unable to function properly. Other than that overall good experiences, good breakfast and very unique way of accessing the rooms

The hotel is fine for an affordable stay in a fairly expensive country. There isn't much to speak of in the area directly around the hotel, but it's a quick walk to the city center to get the most out of quaint Stavanger. If you are doing any tours while visiting, this is a good spot to be in as it's very close to a lot of the meeting points as well as a 2 minute walk from the airport bus pick-up. The hotel is no frills, but has keyless entry, making for an easy checkin if you arrive late. The room was clean but as it was on the top floor it was extremely warm during the summer heat wave. There is free coffee, tea, and filtered water in the hotel and while breakfast wasn't anything fancy, it's enough to get you going and allow you to save a little bit on money. All in all a fine stay for a budget option.

Koder til dør og rom passet ikke ved adkomst. Ble liggende fra til kl. 02.30 før endelig søvn. Var mye merkelig støy enten fra rør drypø eller noe annet. Savnet å finne kaffen både på kvelden og frokosten. Maten var god.

Litt dyrt med tanke på enkelt/gammelt det er. Ellers rent og grei seng
