The entire staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Pool area was very clean and convienient as well as the gym! Rooms were amazing and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The mall is close by and there is a row of great restaurants and entertainment.

Clean and decent sized modern room. Very close to Mall of Asia. Staff are all friendly. Nice rooftop pool (but can smell of sewage at times). I’d stay here again

The room was big enough for 3 to 4 adults. The toilet seat was heated and has eniugh bidet attachments to choose from. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices and had different selections for the 2 days that I stayed at the hotel.
The staff is so amazing and very accommodating, from the front desk, the wait staff at Cyan and the housekeeping staff. A special shoutout to Jerson from Housekeeping for taking care of our needs.
Will definitely be back here the next time I am in Manila.

Nice property, but the staff are unethical and tried to charge me extra for my booking. I booked a suite for three adults. I phoned before I booked to confirm that the room included one king size bed and a rollaway bed. When we arrived there was no rollaway and they tried to charge us extra for the rollaway. Only with arguing with the reception did they finally relent and bring up the rollaway with no charge. What kind of hotel expects three people to share a king size bed?

5 Minutes walk to Mall of Asia. Not directly connected to the mall , must walk outside the hotel towards the mall. Parking is very difficult coz of limited space.
