The hotel has no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. This is not a good place to stay for family with kids and with senior citizens. The light in the room is too dim and the internet signal is not good

Stayed there for two nights with my family. What I liked about this hotel is the location, it's near to shopping Centers and malls. The room is huge, the staffs are friendly, and they have 24 hours on duty security guard.All in all,it is highly recommended when youre in Legazpi.

Good hotel for backpackers and budget travelers. Just a few little things I saw. The pillows were too soft as if I’m not sleeping on anything. Ants were on the table. No cabinets. CR fixtures could be better.

All in all it was ok except for the guard when I got home when I was a little heavy with the front desk calling for a trike ordered by the guard but deadma not helping me at all. I was still walking a long distance.
