I love everything about this place from the location to the hotel staff. It’s ten out of ten!

Moldy shower, no hot water and iron is broken

Its okay.

Front desk told us we have breakfast included the next morning we went all of us and staffs in breakfast area saying we don’t have breakfast..not organize and we just embarrassed our self.

Everything was wrong. No internet, no tv, the breakfast was the worst. No parking. We had to walk through a furniture sale to leave the building. Not at all worth it

The staff were very accommodating.

This place was the best for the area, but not at all as walkable as we thought it would be. The staff were welcoming and helpful as they could be. The room had a distinct stench maybe from the AC. In the end, we did not want to stay very much longer in the area and decided to end our trip early.

Everything is great but the wifi. I run a business and i rely on a good internet service. Most of the time i have to tether my phone’s internet, which is very inconvenient. But then again, everything is good

The staff are courteous and very friendly. Breakfast is very good too. I have a wonderful experience and will surely stay again at Solano Hotel if I am in Lipa.

This was a very classy an beautiful hotel. My room was super nice. I'm from the United states an i loved my stay here. Its a little pricey but well worth it.

There’s not enough parking, only four slots for the hotel and their furniture storage. Their front desk staff needs to be more accommodating and helpful.

Affordable and easy access to anywhere in Lipa City. Very Clean and comfortable. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. We will highly recommend it to our friends and everybody. We will come back soon.

The room was good. AC works fine. Breakfast was awful.

I did not expect much when I drove up to it. The neighborhood was not great but once inside, this hotel is a winner. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice rooftop restaurant & bar and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good for what I needed it for. Their breakfast plates were yummy (we didn't do the buffet option though). My only dislike about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink and shower handles, as well as the shower heads, were grimy.

The rooms were immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet despite its location. They mentioned a pool in their add, however it was in another sister hotel….perhaps they should mention that upon reservation…. Otherwise I will highly recommend this hotel.

As a frequent traveler, I felt compelled to give an honest review of this hotel. Pros: - The staff was very knowledgeable with pleasing personalities to include guest services, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. They were very attentive and resolved a minor issue I had without incident. - The rooms are very clean to include the linen and furniture. In addition, the air conditioning system works extremely well. The furniture was up to date and had a luxurious feel. -The hotel was not noisy and plenty of places to eat nearby and stores to accommodate you in the event you forgot something at home Cons: - The outside and areas after the lobby entrance leading to the elevator hotel is not pleasing on the eyes. It this is because the hotel has shared space with vendors such as furniture and appliance stores -Only one elevator works and the smell is very horrible. It has a very musty odor, that is unacceptable. -The water pressure in the shower was less than satisfactory, the shower heads appear to be dated. - There is no cable in this hotel, so hopefully you have a streaming service to keep you entertained. - The hotel charges for stained towels and although it’s stated in the rules of the hotel that there would be a charge, the price to replace the towels were well overpriced even with the discount offered at the hotel. - I needed to speak with the manager and instead I was directed that they were attending a seminar. A more appropriate response would have been that the hotel wou
