It met my needs for a bed to stay for the night, but room service was very slow for ice , had to recall (I know…. 1st world problems). Also the shower curtain was quite dirty, surprised to still see one of them in a hotel.
Parking was very poor but there was a wedding on. This was unfortunately under my room but was nice to hear their last dance 😂.

All good, enjoyed two evening meals, my only gripe would be the tomato served with the cooked breakfast barely saw any heat before it was dished up, I prefer them grilled, & cooked through

Beautiful property. Breakfast was lovely but visit was spoilt by the lack of hot water…. It was tepid. Did mention to staff but as it was a weekend visit they couldn’t resolve till Monday which was too late.

Historical hotel easily brings you back to the old days, luxury decorations, a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.

Lovely stay here for a wedding. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food and drink were good quality too. Our room could have used a bit of a spruce up - mainly just the bathroom as we liked the traditional decor. Would definitely return though.
