Amazing hotel, with outstanding service. It was nice to be spoiled on our trip. Comfortable room, and exceptional breakfast. I highly recommend people do high tea at the Palm Room.

The best service, best location. Great comfortable large room. Loved the bellman. One walked us to the train station with all our luggage. Just the best. And the bellman are what make it so great.

The history of it and it's location are excellent.
The train station is next door and it's centrally located for easy walking for sightseeing, shopping, dining, etc.
And the staff is superb!

Loved every minute of staying at this hotel! Went for Christmas and requested to get extra decorations put in the room (at an extra charge) but they were faultless and beautiful. From the concierge to the door men, 10/10!

Great property, great location. Great staff. Beautiful high ceilings. Very accommodating. The only criticism I have is that the people working the spa seemed clueless and uptight. The guy I was talking to about treatments appeared like he had never had a massage in his life. And as I was trying to get more information about treatments and providers everyone seemed to get more nervous and uptight. Very strange. Other than that had a great hotel experience.

The balmoral did not disappoint. Everything was top notch. If I had to make a complaint it would be that tea in the palm court missed an opportunity to educate guests on the many teas available and perhaps aid in the decision making. Also the little sandwiches at the tea were not to our taste, but everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel as an expensive, but well worth it experience.
