Overall a pretty decent stay, accommodated our request for early check in and late check out. Rooms are small but functional. Pool and gym slots are very hard to book though. Cocktail class is great!

Great location and fast check in. Hotel room is relatively small. The in room maintenance was average (ie: had a hard up drawing the blind, cold bath water on our second night). In room request is slower but it may be because of their packed booking. The parking cost us $32 for a 2 nights stay as there isn’t complimentary parking.

The room is too dark, no lighting at the working table for using laptop and I need to open the balcony door for more light when I make up. I had my lunch at the Beast & Butterflies Restaurant hotel, the beef was good

The hotel staff were so nice and accomodating. We arrived early and they let us check in pretty much right away. “Let you guys have a nap,” they said. The room is really cozy, we especially enjoyed the bluetooth speaker which featured a digital directory and access to room service. Loved the proximity of the hotel to cool happening riverside f&b outlets. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus/MRT station and about 20 minutes to Great World City. I stayed with two preteen kids and it was comfortable for us 3. Would I come back? For sure! Thanks Petrina and Hanif for welcoming us to m social with your gorgeous smiles.

The room aircon was so hot despite being set to 16 degrees. I stayed at Premier/Premium Loft. No chair for the work table too.

Stayed here for the Eras tour, always loved how quick and convenient check in and check out process, thickness of the walls that dampen any sound from the outside (I slept like a baby!), water pressure, amenities, bed softness and sheets quality, design of the room. Honestly not the closest to public transportations but is always easy to find. Very close to restaurants, and the restaurant downstairs also offer good food. M social is my go to hotel in Singapore for a very good reason!

Great experience staying here, my daughter loves the loft and enjoy spend her time. Unfortunately have no time to swim. Plus: friendly & helpful staff, cozy and clean bedroom, tap water ready to drink, tea & coffee for free, some cafe around, 7eleven also. Minus: need get a grab for nearest MRT station.

Check in late as we had something to settle and it was raining, but after getting our room card we turn up to see our room not done yet, so the house keeper was in a rush. House keeper was nice and apologetic so I didn't want to complain to front desk. But room was below my expectations. TV was a Samsung TV but couldn't really do screen mirroring and TV was very laggy but thank god I brought my own HDMI cable. Staff was nice overall. The breakfast spread was alright not much as well. Quite disappointed for the price as it was way better last time. Room corridor had a musty socks kind of smell as well. Could hear people talking and walking along corridor

The hotel got my check out time wrong and the cleaning staff barged into the room while we were sleeping. The door cannot be closed properly, it needs to be slammed really hard. The lock could not be locked on the inside hence the cleaning staff could come in. The room looked like the photos and was clean. Nice vibes but needs to be better maintained.

Lost my package by the front desk, still investigating if its the sender or the hotel ' s front desk. But the sender clearly sent me the picture of delivery proof. Sender had to recreate my order and send it again. The worst part is the front desk doesn't look bother to empathize. Also, during check in, we didn't inform with the uncommon check out time 11am.
