Very friendly staffs, accommodation was clean including toilet, bathroom. Towels and slippers were provided which is awesome since I wore covered shoes and did not want to bring slippers. Location very near mrt as well and there are many food options around. Pricing very affordable too.

Hotel Bencoolen Singapore
Indian staff and the tall women is very friendly and informative , not like other in receptionist, he informed that we can filled water in second floor and help us with everything. Other staff is not patient explain us if we have question, not because we can not speak english but because their english so hard to listen. So when you stay there and like to ask with satisfied answer wait the Indian staff 😃😃😅

the fastest and most convenience check in / out experience (less than 5 mins). room was clean. the space was just enough for a solo traveler . it would be great if they could provide sharing account for netflix or disney as I could not use mine there (different region netflix/disney)

Overall, it's good. The self-laundry is not 24/7 and it is not cheap 😅, but the staff are friendly and the room is also clean. I wish the TV had Netflix though.
