Extremely great location as it is located at the heart of the town area. A perfectly great venue for staycation for couples and friends going for shopping for long hours! Only one side note for the hotel management to take note of is the showerhead in the bathroom, that the tap for water isolation between showerhead and rain shower is slightly leaking.

When we first arrived, the two door men will talking and not bother to help me to push the wheelchair up the ram. The Ram is so steep, it really takes an effort to push a 60 kg woman up the ram. There was a cockroach along the corridor outside my room. When I ordered the take away from the cafe, the staff told me she will contact me when the food is ready. I waited for 20 mins, no call at all. I decided to call the cafe, they then told me that the food is already ready, waiting for me to pick up.

The room is clean and tidy. Pleasant. However, hotel reception there's a lady wasn't so friendly when I check in, all the while look at the comp to make my bookings, totally no eye contact when I ask her something. morning breakfast at marriott cafe was a little slow and can't find someone to take my order. Understand it might be a little short manpower from buffet to serve ala carte, but do hope this can be improve as there is a time limit to breakfast.
