Great stay! Bottles of water are provided in the room, towels and toothbrushes too. Coffee is available at the lounge facing the fountain. The double room is kind of small for two people though, minimal walking space.

Very much like a capsule hotel, so it will make a cozy stay for 1 or 2pax.! The walls are pretty thin and I had a disturbed sleep and was awaken twice by my neighbor next door and the ceiling above my room.! But the best part is their super-fast wifi and USB charging stations.! Food and shopping are within reach inside Jewel Changi Airport.!

The family room is rather cosy for a family of four adults. However, housekeeping needs to improve as folding table beneath TV is dirty and oily. You can request for free coffee and tea served by the friendly staff and also, enjoy the Jewel fountain view in the lounge. All of us enjoyed this staycation and we will be back!

Nice hotel located inside the new Jewel Changi Shopping Mall. Room was small, but comfortable and modern. All of the essential amenities such as toothbrush and drinking water are provided. Check in and check out was very fast and efficient as well. Was quite amazed to see a robot delivering drinking water to my room when I requested additional drinking water from the reception. Overall a good stay.

Friendly staff, hotel in the airport! No need to panic about missing your flight, because you only need to walk a little for 5 minutes to get to the gate 😁😁😁 The hotel is also comfortable, even if I bring a toddler, it's comfortable, the concept is cute, clean

For the price, it's a little bit high for me Indonesian. But to have good sleep in between flight, it's a good choice. The room is small, but it's enough for us couple. There is a small space too for working with laptop. It's enough. But to go through immigration is a con. I suggest for the hotel to have access from the airport without us leaving the transit area.

My room was located abit far from what I expected but it was okay. The room itself is really really cramped and small, but the facilities were very nice. The bed and pillows were very soft, and the bathroom is quite spacious despite the bedroom size (some other hotel in Sg usually have smaller bathroom and shower space). The amenities were also satisfactory and smells very nice. Overall if I have the budget I would stay over Yotelair again when I have overnight layover.

The room are so clean ❤️ and the staff are so helpful, I can leave my luggage and baby stroller before check in. And its near terminal 1, so I don't need to rush for my early flight next day. Thankyou Yotel ❤️

The location is very good (on the L4 floor) of Jewel. While the exit of the arrival hall of Terminal 1 is on the L2 floor of Jewel, if you want to go to the hotel location, just take the escalator 2 floors to L4. The downside is, the water absorption system in the bathroom is not good so that stagnant water does not dry quickly. When I stayed, the flush on the toilet was stuck and did not work. An error that is not worth the price paid.

It was a great experience to stay at Yotel Air Changi. The only surprise was that the room was smaller than I expected. Otherwise very good, very clean, free coffee 24 hours, free breakfast, very good location in jewel-terminal 1 so you can get to the departure gate quickly. I checked in at 5pm and out at 9am.

The hotel staff are very kind and commucative, the location is very strategic, located inside Jewel across the T1, so you have so many times to enjoy the beautiful rain vortex even though you don't not have specified time to walking around the Jewel mall. The room is fit for 1 person, I'm not sure that it will be comfortable for 2 persons because the room size is only +/- 10 m² include the bathroom. The simple breakfast is provided by the hotel and its quite enough for me. Thank you.

Bastard of a staff tells us we can only check in after 6pm. No early check in or hell of whatsoever. Disgusting service and policy. Never coming back again, can't believe I paid 300$ to wait 6 hours in the lobby and there isn't even any service to help keep the luggage here so we can head out and walk around.
