We had an excellent stay. The rooms were very nice and the hotel breakfast was amazing! We also walked through the Open Port Area. The staff was very helpful too.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the property. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe but it is very far from Seoul.
The only con is that there is no conditioner nor toothpaste and toothbrushes provided.

Our flight was delayed 6 hours and the front desk was kind enough to hold our room until 4am so we could check-in. Check-in was quick and friendly.

My only complaint is that the show door never closed tightly and thus the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The hotel just looks run down and aged. Only consolation is that the cost is very affordable in busy area of Incheon and near the Chinatown.

I like this hotel for its convenient location to the Incheon Subway station as well as China Town. Additionally, on previous trips most of the people that I spent time with lived in Incheon, so it was convenient for them as well.

Location is near to only chinatown. Abt 15mins walk to supermkt.
Counter staff are not helpful especially when help is needed, their reply is i dont knw even without trying to help out.

Only thing that we didn’t like is the bathroom. Because shower area was not sealed properly, so the water will lick out and bathroom floor will get wet
