청결함도 좋았고 방을 업그레이드 해줘서 더 좋았습니다. 그런데 주로 팻 전용 룸이 많아서 그런지 약간 강아지 냄새가 나는 것은 어쩔 수 없었던 것 같습니다.

반려동물하고 여행하는 숙박으로로 너므 좋아요. 반려동물 입자에서는 너무 좋은 환경^^ 부분 리모데링에 인한 환경에 조금은 아쉽지만 과정이라 더 좋아지는걸로^^

충주지역에 마땅한 숙소가 없어서 예약했는데, 주차장도 협소하고. 시설은 매우 노후화되었네요. 펫동반 룸이있어 동물친화적인 것은 좋으나 일반 여행숙소로는 별로네요

프론트에 들어서면 그럴듯하게 호텔분위기인데, 객식층에 올라가면 일단 로비가 덥고쾌적하지 않음. 곰팡이 냄새도 많이 남. 객실은 전반적으로 노후화되었으나 침구는 청결함

실내 반려견 운동장 협소, 비오면 외보 운동장 물차서 이용불가, 안내는 대형견은 운동장 사용불가로 쓰여 있지만 모두 들어가서 사용해도 관리하지 않음, 소형견 한테는 위협적임 시설은 냉장고 소리 바람소리에 잠을 못잘 정도로 소음이 심함. 주변 볼거리 없음

주차공간 부족으로 주차 곤란.
Pet 동반이라 일반 투수객에게는 불편함이 많음.
가격에 비해 시설 등이 나쁜편임. 다음에는 동일가격으로 이용하고 싶지 않음.

조식을 포함한 예약이었는데 도시락으로 제공된 조식은 연어 또는 약간의 육류가 섞인 셀러드와 음료뿐이었음 빵류나 식사가 될만한 음식이 없어 성인에게는 매우 부족하고 부실한 조식이었음 이를항의하자 최근 교체된 업체 핑계로 일관하며 전혀 개선의 의지가 없었음 절대 조식 신청을 하지말것을 권고합니다

반려견들과 함께 할수있는 최선의 휴양시설입니다. 편안한 마음으로 눈치안보고 강쥐들과 같이 즐길 수 있어서 좋아요, 시설은 낡아서 개보수가 필요합니다. 특히 현관 도어록과 현관문은 교체가 절실합니다. 화장실도 보수 필요하구요. 시설이 너무 낡았어요 개보수하면 훨씬 많은 고객들이 갈겁니다.
