주변식당도 다수이고 호수공원도 가깝고

I stayed for 16 nights and requested a late checkout which they denied. I would think for my loyalty of over two weeks they would at least accommodate me for that.
The in-room safe was broken and they were unable to fix it.
It's a nice hotel but the staff is not very customer friendly or accommodating.

첫번째 입실한 방은 침대시트에서 냉새가 너무 심해, 방을 교체받았는데도 방에서는 쾌쾌한 냄새는 똑같음.

아침에 옆방 초인종 소리, 문열어주려고 걷는소리 등 다 들리고 윗방 물소리같은 배관소음도 다 들림
베게가 매우 높은편
