Shilla Stay Ulsan

Room condition was great , clean Hotel location is good, easy to find other facilities restaurants department

It was a great place to visit for business trip. I especially liked the friendly service from Jungin Woo staff.

Value for money

Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Hyundai Mall down the street with excellent shopping and a McDonalds 5min walk away make this the perfect Shilla Stay!

Friendly staffs and decent conditions for all except the airconditioning. I woke up middle of night due to hot and humid climate. The room temperature was centrally contraolled set at 26 C/ 78.8 F. I was suffocating with hot and humid circumstance. I had to leave the room as soon as possible.

The bathroom was filthy. Tiles were dirty and there was MOLD on the ceiling. Walls were scratched, the doors were dirty. This is probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The fact that this is a Shilla Stay brand is even more shocking. I asked to change rooms and they showed me a photo where the tiles were still dirty and if that would be okay. I asked if I can see the room first and they said no. Will never be staying at this location again.

Overall it was okay and staffs there were really nice and kind, and trying their kind of best to solve some problems i had in our stay. The condition of the room I had on the first day was so bad(mouldy smell… most wallpaper was wiggling and some were falling apart)and they provided us room change from the second day of our stay. In general the room condition is a bit old, which is acceptable though. I felt the time of breakfast on weekdays was a little bit tight(it closes at 9:30), which is understandable considering it is a business hotel but if the breakfast close at 10 it’d be more convenient for tourists like us. Also parking is inconvenient I have to say… I’ve never had Silla Stay like this branch ever… though the staffs I met were kind and nice.

Very clean hotel , breakfast is good for a business traveling. Location is also quite good.

First time to visit this hotel and business purpose. Everything is clean and comfortable. Located in center of Ulsan will be another good option. But when you using the tooth brush, you have to paying 1$ each and this notice not easy to find it. Overall this is good hotel :)

Room is quiet and breakfast is nice.

stayed 6th floor. Couldn't spleep by extreme noise in the road side whole night long. If anyone sensitive to sound and noise, whole this location is bad choice (shilla stay ulsan or nearby hotel)
