Wonderful property, great room with a beautiful view. Nice kitchenette. Everything is very comfortable and easy. Hotel amenities are closed for corona. Great location for visiting the awesome Independence Hall of Korea.

에티켓룸을 소개하며 '턱이 없고 욕실도 칸막이가 없어 더 편할 것'이라고 안내받고, 흔쾌히 체크인을 했는데 가보니 장애인/노약자용 객실이었습니다. 아마 가족단위에겐 팔수 없는 객실이어서 그랬던 것 같습니다.
꼭 필요한 객실이라고 생각하지만, 세면대의 거치대가 없고, 변기뚜껑도 없고, 비장애인들에겐 불편한 점들이 있었습니다.
모처럼 찾아간 소중한 시간인데, 다음에는 제대로 안내해주시길 바랍니다.

리모델링 된 EAST 동에 머물렀음. 체크인/아웃은 WEST 에서 해야하기때문에 동선이 좀 길다. 방 컨디션 좋으나 청결도는 살짝 아쉽다. 워터파크는 공사중이라 운영하지 않고 있었다. (사전안내 받은 사항).
만3세 아이가 있었는데, 키즈카페 극대만족하고 갑니다. 관리가 잘되고 있는지는 모르겠으나 아이가 너무 재미있게 놀았음.

룸컨디션은나쁘지않았어요~수건도깨끗하고침구도깨끗했습니다. 워터파크는생각보다물이차갑더라구요. 놀다보면추운걸모르지만처음들어갈때는따뜻하다는느낌은없었어요. 스노우파크는생각보다재밌었습니다. 특히썰매밀어주는분들정말열심히밀어줍니다. 키즈카페는생각보다규모가작더라구요.

11월에 이용함. 리모델링중인지 지하1층 노래방 분식집쪽은 페인트냄새로 식사를 못할 정도였음. 오락실은 화요일수요일 영업안해서 감옥생활함
낮엔 주위축사에서 나는 악취작렬. 방에서도 냄새가 베어있어서 외출만 하고오면 창문열어야 할 정도.
장사가 안되서인지 다단계 업체 단체 워크샵으로 도때기 시장 같았음. 여기저기 단체 워크샵 손님만 들끓음
조용히 2일 쉬려고 갔는데 모든 악재를 동시에 만나 완전 망쳤고 다시는 갈 생각이 없는 최악의 리조트

체크인시 직원이 2명만 있어 너무 오래 기다림. 직원 또한 불친절. 숙소 싱크대 찬장 안에 먹다 남은 크래커가 들어있었고, 화장실 바닥에는 바퀴가 밟혀 터져있었음. 청소를 아예 안하는 것 같고, 냄비나 그릇에도 음식 찌꺼기가 붙어있었고, 음식물 쓰레기통 안에도 잔여물이 있어 악취가 진동하였음.
