I booked a room for April 21, and loved the location and price. The check in person said that for a small additional price we could be on the top floor facing the river, in a suite, so we did that, and it was fun to have that great view. On the front one can here people talk below if one leaves the windows open at night. I didn't sleep because I was too hot, and didn't want to have the window open, and I think the a/c was not provided yet until summer, so if not in summer, you will probably sleep better if you book the mountain (back) view and leave the window open. Don't let this bother you, but the bathroom sinks look like they are about 50 years old, in a light green tile or something, but easy to ignore with all the positives. The elevators had a great gold pattern design. Parking underneath was easy. I would stay there again. The entrance road flowers are special, and the view fantastic.

The property is old and worn out, though it is situated in a good, quiet location. The sauna closes at 7 PM, which is too early for guests. The breakfast buffet is not worth the cost of 35,000 Korean won, as it lacks variety and quality.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay.

Good amenities, staff, and service. However, the room and the building, in general, are extremely old.

Nice hotel that is very kid friendly. They have a small outdoor amusement park area, an indoor water park, an indoor video game center, and a play area with pool tables and ping pong tables. Restaurant is adequate. We had the room with a small range, so we were able to cook in the room with supplies bought from hotel's shopette. The Danyang area is beautiful and there is alot to do. Highly recommend the area and hotel.

We reserved a "Family Suite" that Expedia described as room for 6 occupants ... there were only 4 of us. The room was described as having two bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, and FOUR beds -- one double, two singles, and one futon. What we were given was NOT suite -- it was a studio with ONE double bed. What they claim to be a bedroom was actually a large walk-in closet with NO BED. The had "mats" that they claim we could roll out in that walk-in closet and have two of us sleep there. Another mat could be rolled out and placed next to the double bed for the fourth person to sleep on. Additionally, the bathrooms do NOT have bath towels -- just hand towels. The staff did say he can bring up more of those hand towels, but we had to choose -- either more hand towels, or another sleeping mat (there were only two so we needed another). Staff claimed that they told Expedia that the description was wrong but Expedia didn't do anything about it. We had the room reserved for three nights -- but we cancelled the remaining two. When speaking with Expedia reps, I fully expected at least SOME sort of compensation -- even one of those discount coupons for future stays ... but no such luck. Basically, we were told "tough luck" and no one really offered an apology. We ended paying for the one night we did stay, even though we did NOT get what we paid for.

We booked this hotel from expedia. When we booked it it said a double bed, when we got to the hotel they gave us a "tradional Korean" room, meaning no bed. So we were a little dissappointed since we were expecting a bed. Needless to say we had a very uncomfortable night sleeping on the floor. Also the hotel had a lot of families and kids there, which is okay, but the hotel had a carnival event that night outside and it was right by our window. We got to listen to screaming kids until late into the night. I think it finally quieted down around 1am.
