UH FLAT THE SEOCHO

The place was good but it was very noise because of constructions going on near by.

We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite. Close to the metro station/bakeries/convenient stores/restaurants. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom door - it was opaque and you would see what the person inside was doing. We used a bath towel to cover the shoulder to knee section so there there would be some privacy - luckily we always carry some duct tape when traveling and it came in handy to tape the towel on the shower door.

The unit next to us had parties every night and we could hear everything. One night it was loud music and voices until 530am. UH could do nothing because they didn’t own the unit next to us. They didn’t inform us that our neighbour wasn’t part of UH until we complained about the noise. The front desk staff barely speak English and use a translator app when communicating with you through WhatsApp. Unit was clean but the late night extreme noise is inexcusable.

I am regularly travel to Seoul for work and this is maybe my 4th stay at UH flat. This property ticks all the boxes for my needs. Convinient location, cleanness, very effective communication and professional staff. I highly recommend this to anyone who travels to the Gangnam area and ther is no doubt that I will be coming back next time.

it was in a convenient location and the property was nice and probably good to stay at for trips that are longer than a few days. would recommend to stay here if you want to be able to be more independent traveling but still want some of the amenities (like room clean).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our trip was a long one so we really enjoyed having the extra space, the cleanliness, the washing machine in the apartment, and many other amenities. Pros: -clean -provides free bottles of water daily with housekeeping -the bathroom is western style (not with drainage on the floor) but door is translucent so everything was visible and not good for privacy. -close to Nambu Station (5 min walk) -relatively safe area -full kitchen -washing machine in the apartment (drying rack only) -LG Styling machine in the bedroom -used KakaoTalk to communicate making it easy Cons: -check-in instruction email arrived late for me so check in was a bit confusing. Office is outside and to the right when looking at the front door. -housekeeping cleaning was excellent but would often NOT leave extra toilet paper so I had to keep asking and eventually bought a pack at the store for emergencies -the pipes in the bathroom would smell often and it would smell BAD. Flushing the empty toilet often sometimes helped as did keeping bathroom door closed -not much in the way of security in the lobby and elevators are open to all (not card key activated). No security guard or double lock on the inside of the room -extra blankets are not free….there is a charge per night

Loved it there. Exceptional place. Surrounded by many places to eat and enjoy. Staffs were awesome.

The house is very clean and modern. Everything is perfect except for one thing: it is very noisy. We woke up several times during the night because of people fighting and screaming at the hallway.

Absolute best value for money. Massage chair and LG Styler are both a real value add to customers. Would appreciate it if they stocked basic kitchen items (cooking oil, salt etc). Overall very much enjoyed it!!

Fantastic cleanliness. Staff tries really hard to provide great service and communication. We did have trouble communicating with them in English some of the time. The email with check-in instructions was delayed. Location is an ok distance from the subway station. Food felt tourist-y. The convenience store nearby is on the small side. Area is quiet enough. Booked a room for 4 people. The bedroom bed was wonderful. Was expecting the couch in the living room to fold out but instead it was a thin mattress on the floor, under the tv. Was uncomfortable with the mattress being right under the tv. The technology in the unit is topnotch. We especially enjoyed the LG Styler. There is ample storage space to keep us organized. We enjoyed having a kitchen. The price is very fair. Photos were accurate. Unit is spacious enough.

There is Airport Bus Stop nearby which is easy to reach!! self-check in with clear instruction and helpful staff at lobby.

Great apt but theres construction next to it so noise was my biggest complaint

The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. I think it was a good value for the money.
