It was a lovely property and very well appointed rooms, however the central heating did not allow for cooler temperatures to be set, when it was overly cold.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is a dream with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, an open-air market across the street, right next to a metro stop, easily walkable from the Seoul train station, close to Seoul tower, Myeong-dong shopping etc. The staff was great, the room were well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffer has a lot of tasty options. Recommended!

Centralized to all tourists spot. Easy access to transportation and airport. Breakfast had a variety of options. Convenience store in hotel opens 24/7 which was nice.

Great location and a super clean and modern place to stay. Staff was very friendly, GS25 and cafe/bakery on site. Amazing daily breakfast buffet was perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, starkly contrasting their claims of guest care and comfort. From day one, I encountered nothing but apathy and negligence, leaving me feeling cheated, disrespected and utterly frustrated. After a 16 hour tiring flight, all I wished for was a good night’s sleep. Instead I found the thermostat locked at 30 degrees C. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was assured that the temperature was centrally controlled and would be adjusted, but that never happened. Exhausted, I spent the entire night drenched in sweat, unable to sleep, desperately trying to rest in what felt like an oven. Exhausted from the sleepless night, I once again reported the issue. This time the staff suggested opening the window to let in cooler air. To my disbelief, the windows were sealed shut. Another night in a hot room tossing and turning, desperately trying to rest. I raised the issue once again only to be offered a room on the same floor with no promise that it would resolve the issue. Yet, when I returned, I was still stuck in the same furnace like room. Another sleepless night followed. By this time, my frustration had reached its peak. Lack of sleep was taking toll on me physically and mentally. Yet, the staff remained indifferent, offering nothing but smiles that masked their complete inaction. There were no follow-ups, no efforts to check if my concerns had been addressed. Spent $1200 for four nights of utter discomfort.

Excellent location with airport bus right in front of the property. Walking distance to shopping n attractions.

The hotel lobby is clean and well decorated, checking in and out is a breeze. Room is good except the mountain view is through a tiny window overlooking the carpark and not as what we have expected. Complimentary minibar is a pleasant surprise and you will be spoiled for choices if you opt to have the buffet breakfast. There are only 2 minor feedback for this property: 1. the housekeeping standard is not consistent so it depends on who cleaned your room, you will either get a clean and fully stocked room or cleaned and forgotten minibar items, or partially cleaned room. 2. On our last night the central heater is switched on due to the cold weather but the room become very stuffy with no ventilating fan. Other than this we have enjoyed our stay and will be back one day.

everything was great, the hotel is newly built hence the room are nice, very convinient on train status and bus. i booked again for my next month trip to korea

Staff is extremely helpful and thank you for their kindness for providing me the luggage storage even my stay is one day later. Since the hotel MIDO did not open when I was there around 8:45am when the first day just arrived Seoul, and feeling very frustrated and VOCO hotel just in the right time for providing me a Helping hand.. 100% recommended and the buffet breakfast is yummy too

The hotel is elegant, has a new vibe to it, the staff is very nice and very professional. The only thing I found lacking, is the bar. There was no life to it, empty and closes too early. I would imagine they will work on this in the future as it only opened in September this year.
