Would stay again if in Jeju

The staff was amazing and the hotel was good. There’s a small hike around the property.

i can feel that staffs put extra efforts for this hotel! they put the list of places to go (i found my legend place for eat ) they rent board games! hotel is so clean and well organized ! we will definitely visit here again

The hotel was great. Friendly staff and perfect for an amazing view. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was truly fantastic as was the whirlpool bath tub. The hotel is confidently located in the south near many great restaurants and cafes as well as attractions.

cozy and comfortable night I had when the hurricane attacked the Jeju island that night. The location is so safe and quiet.

It was so comfortable. Even my first hurricane experience went so smooth.

The staff was exceptional and the views were out of a dream. outdoor spa suite was excellent with a heated pool.

A little old and worn/rusty in some places, but clean and friendly. Beach access isn't as easy as it looks. Wasn't looking for frills, so overall satisfied. Would recommend.

I liked how the toilet, sink, and shower room were separated in 3 small sections, making it easier to use the bathroom among 3 people. We also appreciated jaccuzi in the bathroom. Also, waking up to with the outside view showing mountain & sea was so beautiful and comforting! Overall, i would recommend this place but since the outdoor swimming pool was right below/outside, the noise will be quite loud for light sleepers

It was amazing and all crews are very kind. The view from the room is wonderful.

Stay was comfortable. Resort is a bit isolated and felt deserted, not many people. Breakfast needs to be improved, not enough options and the restaurant needs to be open for dinner and lunch especially because the place is so isolated. Many tourists do not have transport so it makes it harder to get food because there is no restaurant. Service was good and the staff were helpful. The air conditioning was not working and a staff member found a fan for us to use in the room, she also assisted with other requests including organizing a taxi back to the airport. I believe this place has a lot of potential but some adjustments need to be made to create a clientele that will return.

Great view of the sea (jacuzzi with view of sea), boutique and small enough to hv intimate feel of the resort rather than a large 5* hotel, ambience in room was good/zen/like w nice kitchenette. Would recommend to any couple looking for some privacy while within convenient driving distance to jungmun resort which hs all the 5* hotels and museums.

Boutique establishment, quiet and conducive environment for a retreat / time out from the city. Resort is surrounded by padi fields and each room looks out to nature. Best recommended for travellers who like "smallish" hotels that makes you feel at home and uninterrupted.

This is a unique design hotel, with great ocean view. But overall the room maintenance, the lack of facilities is rather disappointing.

the experience was overall a rather pleasant one if you really want to be away from it all, far from the normal activities of jeju, hibernate in the middle of practically no where. not recommended for people who do not drive. far from the beach although there is a path leading to a hotel beach. the view was a little sad as the sea view is blocked by a break water that mars the view. I however enjoyed the two restaurants outside the hotel, about 5 min walk from the reception. very authentic Korean fare at very reasonable price.

Ok ... Certainly not a 4 star that hotels.com rates it as. Probably a 2.5 star by US standards.

When we arrived we checked in and went to our room, shortly after we got a call from the front desk saying we had to pay $40 more for our room since we had our 2 children. Our room was only for 2 people so we requested a bigger room to accomdiate the 4 of us. We were told that their were no bigger rooms left but still had to pay 40 to stay. The staff did not go out of its way to help us and could at least given us free breakfast for my kids. Out in the middle of nowhere overlooking cow patties. Nothing around hotel in walking distance.
