• Children ages 5-15 years old can access the hydrothermal circuit from 10 AM to 1 PM and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests younger than 5 years old are not permitted in the Spa and Wellness Club facilities.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The water and sauna area of the Spa & Wellness Club will be closed from February 17-23, 2025 due to maintenance. The children's club and onsite playground are only available from July 1 to August 31 annually.
